Collection: Carol Christian Poell
From his early days, Poell was surrounded by leather making machines, thanks to his father, uncle, and grandfather. In 1995, he released his first collection called "The Unintended Collection". It was limited to four garments: a t-shirt, button up, pants, and a jacket. The brevity and simplicity of this collection became a mainstay for the brand and would be reflected in the seasons to come. The designer got quickly renowned for his technically complex, innovative design and manufacturing techniques, as well as his ability to avoid the media and commercial attention in fashion.
