Ann Verhelst is a Belgian fashion designer, most known for her brand, Ann Demeulemeester. She attended the Antwerp Royal Academy of Fine Arts, which she graduated from in 1981, becoming a member of the iconic "Antwerp Six". It was a group of 6 alumni, that on London Fashion Week, presented an innovative approach to the material, deconstruction, introducing of ethnic symbols, and using recycling in fashion. The show was met with an amazing response, and all of the designers got an incredible start to develop their own careers.

Black vest made out of thin, black, mesh material. It features long strings integrated into the sleeves and the vest itself, which allows it to be converted into a jacket.
