Le créateur de Né-Net, Kazuaki Takashima, est né dans la préfecture de Kumamoto en 1973 et a obtenu son diplôme du Bunka Fashion College de Tokyo en 1994. Il a commencé à travailler chez ISSEY MIYAKE INC. en 1996 avant de lancer sa marque Né-net, affiliée à A-net Inc.

Pantalon confectionné dans une matière à la texture unique, avec une coupe courte et un entrejambe bas. Il comporte 6 boutons noirs et deux poches avant situées plus bas sur la cuisse que d'habitude.
