Refund policy

RETURNS (14-DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL)

You can return an item within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. To start a return, e-mail contact@vorhe.co (or send us a direct message on Instagram) with your order number. Please send the item back within 14 days of telling us, to: Archive Ignacy Staszewski, ul. Śląska 46B/17, 41-100 Siemianowice Śląskie, Poland.

CONDITION

Items should be returned unworn, in the condition they were received, with all tags and original packaging. If an item has been worn or damaged beyond what is needed to check it, we may reduce the refund by the loss in value.

REFUNDS

We refund the item price and the original standard shipping cost within 14 days of receiving your return request, using your original payment method. We may wait to issue the refund until the item arrives back or you send proof of shipment. The cost of sending the item back is paid by you; we recommend a tracked service.

CUSTOMS (ORDERS OUTSIDE THE EU)

Customs duties, import taxes and carrier brokerage fees paid on delivery are not collected by us and cannot be refunded by us; you may be able to reclaim them from your local customs authority or the carrier. If you return an item from outside the EU, please mark the parcel as "Returned goods" to avoid import charges in Poland.

DAMAGED OR NOT AS DESCRIBED

If an item arrives damaged or not as described, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos. We will offer a refund or a price reduction and cover the return shipping. This does not limit your statutory rights.
