Remote consignment

• Businesses based in Poland (sole traders and companies) selling authentic designer clothing, footwear and accessories, new or used.
• To start, at least one large parcel, usually 4–8 pieces. After that you add pieces in any number.
• Listing price from PLN 1,000. We approve every piece before listing to make sure it fits the VORHE profile.

You

• Item card: brand, model, size, measurements, composition, condition, flaws, proposed price.
• Getting the pieces to the photo session: in person or on our label.
• Storing the pieces ready to ship.
• Packing and shipping each order within 2 working days of our notice.
• Up-to-date availability and condition (point 07).

VORHE

• Photos by our photographer (point 04).
• English titles and descriptions; listing on four channels within 10 working days of receiving the photos from the photographer (larger batches: a further 20 pieces each week).
• Promotion: VORHE Instagram and paid campaigns.
• Payments, buyer contact, offers, returns and complaints.
• Shipping labels on request, with no fee for arranging them (point 05).

You get a fixed share of the sale price, i.e. the price the buyer paid, also after an accepted offer. VORHE discounts and codes do not reduce your share. We calculate it from the price before the discount.

On marketplaces your share is lower. They usually charge the seller 14–20% in commission and payment fees, plus currency conversion. VORHE covers these costs from its share. The rate does not depend on the buyer’s country.

Listing photos are taken only by our photographer. That way every piece on VORHE looks consistent.

Nothing is paid upfront. We deduct the cost of the photos from the payout for that piece. If you withdraw a piece or it has not sold by the end of the agreement, its photos are settled then: from other amounts due or by bank transfer. Once paid for, the rights to that piece’s photos pass to you, confirmed in writing. While a piece is listed by VORHE, its photos appear only in VORHE listings. You may use them elsewhere after the piece is withdrawn from our listings or the agreement ends.

• We arrange labels on request, with no fee for preparing them. We deduct the shipping cost from your statement. This also covers sending pieces to the photo session and back.
• Shipments outside the EU always go on our label (FedEx via GlobKurier). VORHE is the exporter and needs the proof of export. You are responsible for the contents matching the customs declaration. Within Poland and the EU you may also use your own label.
• The shipping fee paid by the buyer is added to your statement, less the marketplace commission on shipping.
• A sturdy box, the piece in a bag, filler. Neutral packaging, no flyers from your store. Insured for the sale value. For pieces from PLN 2,000 you film the packing.

• You propose the price of each piece; we accept it or suggest another. We also agree a minimum price.
• We accept buyer offers at or above the minimum price ourselves; lower offers only with your consent (a message is enough).
• On marketplaces we may list higher than on vorhe.co to offset their fees; your share is then calculated from the marketplace price.
• You may lower a price at any time; periodic reductions are agreed together.

• You may also sell the same pieces on your own account. Without VORHE branding (logo, name, links to our listings) and without our photographer’s photos (point 04).
• You report every sale outside VORHE by email within 2 hours, and we take the listings down. A report before the VORHE order costs nothing. After it, you cover the cancellation costs and the penalty under point 09. If we fail to take the listings down within 2 hours of your report, the costs are ours. Reports sent between 10 pm and 8 am count from 8 am.
• If you sell only through VORHE, report any change straight away, e.g. damage or a withdrawal.

Twice a month, on the 1st and the 16th, we send a statement. It lists pieces whose buyer return period has ended (vorhe.co: 14 days from delivery; marketplaces: under their rules, at most 30 days) and whose funds the marketplace has released. Each line shows the channel, price and order number.

• You invoice the amount in the statement. VAT-exempt: without VAT. VAT payer: with VAT or under the margin scheme (the amount includes VAT). We pay by bank transfer within 7 days of receiving the invoice.
• Sales in foreign currencies are converted at the NBP average rate from the working day before the sale. VORHE bears the currency conversion costs.
• Legally this is a consignment agreement: VORHE sells in its own name on your account. The pieces remain your property until sold, also while they are with you. For the buyer, the seller is VORHE.

• You guarantee that the pieces are authentic, yours and as described. You are responsible for all defects existing at dispatch, including those you don’t know about. A counterfeit or a piece of illegal origin means you reimburse all our costs and the cooperation ends.
• You bear the risk of loss of and damage to the pieces until they are delivered to the buyer. Exception: while a piece is with us or our photographer, we are liable for it up to its minimum price.
• If a parcel to the buyer is lost or damaged, we refund the buyer and you receive the compensation paid by the carrier. If the carrier refuses compensation for reasons on your side (packing, timing, contents), you reimburse our costs of the refund, fees and shipping. On your own label you pursue claims against the carrier yourself.
• Buyer returns come to VORHE, and we decide whether to accept a return or complaint. We relist the piece or send it back to you. If a return or complaint is caused by reasons on your side, you cover its costs.
• If, after settlement, a buyer reverses a payment or opens a dispute for reasons on your side, you return the amount received and the costs within 7 days. We may deduct them from later amounts due and, while a dispute is open, withhold the payout for that piece. The cause is determined from the decision of the marketplace or payment provider; you may prove otherwise.
• Contractual penalties: shipping more than 2 working days late – PLN 100, sending a different piece or one not as described – PLN 200, a double sale – PLN 300, using our photos outside VORHE while the piece is listed by us – PLN 200 per piece, a counterfeit – 100% of the listing price. We may claim damages above the penalties, including for restrictions or suspension of our marketplace accounts and withheld funds.
• Our liability to you covers actual loss only, up to our total fees from the last 12 months, but not less than the minimum price of the piece concerned, excluding lost profits. This does not apply to damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence.

• Open-ended, with 30 days’ notice. You may withdraw any piece at any time with no extra fees – you pay only for that piece’s photos. We take it down within 2 working days.
• When the agreement ends we take all listings down within 2 working days and settle pieces sold before.
• Deadlines are extended by the duration of force majeure or of an outage of a marketplace, payment provider or carrier beyond our control.
