We sell your designer pieces for you. We take the photos, write the descriptions, talk to buyers, ship and handle customs. Your piece goes live in four places at once: vorhe.co, Grailed, eBay and Vestiaire Collective. Most of our buyers are in the US and elsewhere outside the EU. Shipping to us is on us. You know your share of the price upfront.

Worn once, kept for years
Two in three people surveyed own clothes they have never worn, often with the tags on (Stitch Fix and OnePoll). In Poland, people don’t wear about 2/3 of their clothes in a year (Movinga, 2018). Near-new pieces get the highest prices.

New collections cost more
Since 2025, tariffs between the US and Europe have pushed up the price of new designer clothing. Hermès raised its US prices to cover them (NBC News, 2025). A well-kept archive piece is now a real alternative to a new collection.

We handle the customs paperwork
Since August 2025 the US charges duty on every parcel, however small. Selling abroad means customs declarations, export clearance and disputes over fees. We do this every day. We declare the real value and ship with export documents. Buyers outside the EU know upfront that they pay duty on delivery.

Submit
Use the form, email or Instagram. Send the brand and model, the size from the label and the condition. Add 2–3 phone photos. You get a valuation within 2 working days.

Intake
By email you get the agreement, the item card and a prepaid, insured label. For larger collections we book a courier pick-up. After intake we authenticate the piece and send you a condition report with photos.

Sale
Our photographer shoots the piece at the next session. We list it within 7 working days of its return from the photographer, at the latest 45 days after intake. If you are a consumer, we list it after the 14-day withdrawal period, unless you ask us to list it earlier. You get the links by email and a short report every month. We accept an offer below your minimum price only with your consent.

Payout
We pay you, with a statement, after the buyer’s return period. Not sold? 30 days before the end you get a summary and decide what’s next.

All in, nothing extra to pay: shipping your piece to us, valuation, authentication, photos, English descriptions, listing, storage, ads, buyer support, insured shipping to the buyer, customs paperwork and payment fees. Marketplaces also charge their own commission (usually 14–20% of the price), which is why your share is lower there. We don’t split it into separate fees: one rate, known upfront.

- Your share
- On vorhe.co you get 70% of the sale price, 75% above PLN 5,000. On Grailed, eBay and Vestiaire Collective you get 60%, because the marketplaces take a commission. The sale and shipping to us cost you nothing. Costs apply only in special cases: cleaning at a laundry with your consent (PLN 100 + the laundry’s bill), early collection, storage more than 30 days after the agreement ends, a piece that differs from the submission, a counterfeit, false submission details (terms, §5).
- Agreement
- 12 months. Storage is free during that time. We are responsible for your piece on its way to us and the whole time it is with us.
- Price
- With your consent we lower the price twice by 10% of the starting price: on day 90 and day 180 after listing. The minimum price is the price after the second reduction, or the starting price if you don’t agree to reductions. Without your consent we never sell below the minimum price, on any channel. We may accept offers at or above the minimum price from day one.
- If it doesn’t sell
- No commission. Extend the agreement or collect the piece within 30 days. Return shipping is at your cost.
- Ending early
- Possible any time. If you are a consumer, you can withdraw within 14 days at no cost. If you ask us to list earlier, you pay only for the photos (terms, §14). After that you pay for photos already taken (PLN 32 per piece, at most PLN 64) and for return shipping, unless you collect it in person. If we end the agreement, e.g. over doubts about authenticity, you pay nothing for the photos. A cleaning fee you agreed to is settled on collection.
- We accept
- Authentic designer clothing, footwear and accessories. Starting price from PLN 1,500. No holes or permanent stains. A piece that needs cleaning can go to a laundry, with your consent.
- Who it’s for
- Adults and businesses in Poland. It works best for more valuable pieces and larger collections.

What to tell us
- Brand and model.

- Proof of purchase, if you have it. For pieces above PLN 5,000 we ask for proof of purchase or other proof of origin.

Photos
- 2–3 ordinary phone photos are enough.

Sending it
- No holes or permanent stains, ideally clean and odour-free. If the piece needs cleaning, we may send it to a laundry. We first send you photos and the cost (PLN 100 + the laundry’s bill). We clean only with your consent.
- All the extras from your submission.
- A sturdy box, the piece in a bag, filler.
- Ship on our prepaid label, which we email to you. It is insured for your share at the starting price (stated in your item card). Keep the proof of dispatch – without it we cannot pay compensation.
- Your bank account. Businesses: also VAT ID and invoice details.
For resellers
Remote consignment
For businesses: resellers and stores, under a separate agreement. To start, at least one large parcel (usually 4–8 pieces), priced from PLN 1,000. Your stock stays with you: you store it and ship the orders. We take the photos (PLN 32 per piece, deducted from the payout), list the pieces and handle payments and buyers. You get 80% of the price on vorhe.co and 70% on Grailed, eBay and Vestiaire Collective, plus the shipping fee paid by the buyer. We prepare labels at no fee and deduct the shipping cost from your statement. Full details in the offer.
FAQ
Questions
When do I get paid?
Within 7 days of the end of the buyer’s return period and the release of funds by the marketplace, whichever is later. Usually 3–6 weeks after the sale, at the latest 45 days. Exception: the marketplace withholds the funds or the buyer opens a return or dispute (terms, §6).
How do I send the piece?
At our cost. We send you a prepaid, insured label: InPost locker or courier. For larger collections a courier picks up from your address. You can also bring your pieces in person in Siemianowice Śląskie, by appointment. We are responsible for them on the way to us (terms, §3).
Do you guarantee a sale?
No. We sell with due care: professional photos, English descriptions, four channels and ads. Without your consent we never sell below the minimum price.
Can I choose the channels?
No. Every piece goes on all four channels. That gives it the best chance to sell.
What if something happens to my piece?
We insure the parcel to us for your share at the starting price. That is what we pay if the piece is lost or damaged on the way. While it is with us, we look after it with due care. If it is lost or destroyed, we pay your share at the current price. If it is damaged, we have it repaired by a specialist at our cost. If repair is impossible or you don’t want it, we pay as for a loss. Exception: force majeure (terms, §3 and §11).
I’m a business. What document do I issue?
Private individuals issue nothing. VAT-exempt businesses issue an invoice without VAT. VAT payers issue an invoice for the amount in our statement, which already includes VAT. If you bought the piece under the margin scheme, you issue a margin-scheme invoice. It is simplest with private individuals and VAT-exempt businesses.
Do you buy pieces outright?
Yes. If you prefer the money straight away, say so in the form or by email. We will make you an individual offer. A buyout price is lower than what you can get through consignment.
Who pays for shipping to the buyer?
We do. Insured shipping to the buyer, also abroad with export paperwork, comes out of our share. So do marketplace commissions and payment fees. You get a fixed share of the sale price.
I have a lot of pieces. How does it work?
Send a list with photos. We value each piece separately. If we agree, you send everything in one parcel or bring it in person. You get an agreement and an item card for each piece (in one email). For collections from 10 pieces or PLN 20,000 in total we set the shares individually and book a courier pick-up at our cost.
Why do I get less on a marketplace?
Grailed, eBay and Vestiaire Collective usually charge the seller 14–20% of the price in commission and payment fees. Currency conversion comes on top. Our own store has none of these costs, so you get more there. On marketplaces you always get 60%, whichever one it sells on and wherever the buyer is.
What if a piece turns out not to be authentic?
We check authenticity at every stage: on intake, before listing, before shipping and after a return from the buyer. If we have reasonable doubts, we suspend the sale and may end the agreement for that piece. We then send it back to you, and you pay nothing for the photos. If the doubts are not confirmed, return shipping is on us. If the piece turns out to be counterfeit or of illegal origin, you pay for the verification and return shipping and cover our loss (terms, §8).
