WHO WILL TAKE CARE OF MY PACKAGE?

Orders placed from Poland are handled by InPost, which offers two methods of shipment - Classic Courier (product is delivered to your home address), or Paczkomaty InPost (product is delivered to Paczkomat). Delivery usually takes around 2 - 3 business days* and is trackable in InPost app with tracking numbers provided by us. The package will be insured for 5000 PLN (€1200).

Orders placed from countries other than Poland are handled by FEDEX or Poczta Polska. Delivery usually takes around 3 - 8 business days* and is trackable with tracking numbers provided by us. 

PLEASE NOTE

We would like to provide the best shopping experience possible by working with every client's budget personally. So if you wish to use a different package carrier (perhaps in cutting costs down), or if your country doesn't show up when you try to finalize your purchase, please get in contact with us by e-mail or direct message on Instagram.

*This is the estimated delivery time. Unfortunately, the time that takes for a package to arrive at your destination is not dependent on us, and delays/errors may need to be expected.
