Walter Van Beirendonck

Known for his expressive, provocative, affronting and playful designs, Walter Van Beirendonck - a Belgian fashion designer - for over 40 years has been designing improbable, idiosyncratic men's fashion.  Since 1983, he has issued his own collections. They are inspired by the visual arts, literature, nature, and ethnic influences. His unusual color combinations and a strong graphic influence are characteristic elements of his collections.
