Helmut Lang was an innovative brand in every way. Helmut's great contribution to the fashion world is the start of streaming live shows, it was a departure from the then-common standards of elitism. He broke away from the runway show-as-spectacle in the height of the 1980s opulence and was the first to stream his collection online in 1998.
